It is very strange cause it will freeze for 5-10 seconds after loading bar is complete. At game startup, character screen and entering game, it usually would take less than 5 seconds, and now it is strangely taking from 20-30 seconds. I have run Classic with no issues since release, until recently, it started taking longer to load UI.
